The 38th Annual 'Help Santa Toy Parade' was a tremendous success! Thanks to all the parade participants, volunteers and all the spectators who came out to show their support for such a worthy cause. The weather was fantastic and we had a record turnout this year.
At this time, the toy collection is way up and cash donations are at least matching last year. Initial counts indicate $50,000 in cash donations and 55,000 toys collected.
If you missed the parade you can still make a donation or drop off a new toy. See information below:

Due
to the fact of the numerous amount of unsuitable used toys that have
been dropped off over the years we will be no longer accepting used
toys of any kind. New and Used toys can be dropped off at any of the
Salvation Army Thrift Stores. We will also accept new
toys at any Ottawa Fire Station from November 19 to December 14. We
are not able to arrange for toy pickups outside the stations.
